1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and laki33 ("laki33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern all access to and use of the laki33 website located at laki33.org, including any mobile-optimised version thereof, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other feature or service made available through the platform.

By completing the laki33 account registration process, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent checkbox, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the laki33 platform following the publication of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account on laki33 or use the platform in any way.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of their city of residence within Pakistan, including but not limited to players located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on laki33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. laki33 has a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately and any deposited funds returned in accordance with laki33's responsible gaming procedures.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold a laki33 account.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through laki33's responsible gaming tools or any applicable third-party exclusion programme.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee, agent, or intermediary for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a laki33 employee where your use of the platform would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on laki33. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. laki33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through them, and retain deposited funds pending investigation where fraudulent conduct is suspected.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide your real name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by laki33 during or after registration. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laki33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. laki33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify laki33 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

laki33 operates a Know Your Customer process in line with international gaming licensing standards. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

laki33 currently supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and IBFT. All transactions on laki33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. laki33 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through any of the listed methods.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your laki33 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and IBFT are credited upon receipt and confirmation of funds, which is subject to standard interbank processing timelines outside laki33's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by laki33 in the order they are received. laki33 does not introduce additional processing delays beyond those required for internal verification checks. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed on the same business day where the request is submitted before the applicable daily cut-off time. Bank withdrawals via IBFT are subject to interbank settlement timelines.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same laki33 account, or to a method that has been verified through laki33's KYC process as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they become withdrawable as cash.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers and promotional rewards made available on laki33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed in full at the point of offer. Where any conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to a laki33 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be stated in the specific terms of each offer. Attempting to exploit bonus offers through the use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies may, at laki33's discretion, result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household

Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. laki33 reserves the right to limit or refuse bonus eligibility where it suspects that multiple accounts are being used to claim the same promotion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable offer terms will expire and be automatically removed from the player's account. laki33 accepts no liability for the expiry of unused bonus balances where the player has been notified of the applicable expiry conditions at the time the bonus was offered.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games available on laki33 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The RNG systems used by laki33's game providers are independently audited to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and that no party — including laki33 — can predict or influence individual game results.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on laki33, including PSL cricket betting, international test and T20 cricket matches, and other sporting events, are subject to laki33's Sports Betting Rules, which govern matters including bet settlement, void bets, live betting, and the treatment of abandoned or postponed events. 6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during a game or betting session, laki33 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of odds, a clearly erroneous payout, or a bet being accepted at odds that were published in error, laki33 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return stakes to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

laki33 may impose maximum single-session, single-bet, or cumulative weekly withdrawal limits on winnings. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated to the player in the relevant game or betting interface. laki33 reserves the right to split large winnings payments across multiple payment cycles where required by laki33's payment processing arrangements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on laki33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one laki33 account.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to interact with the laki33 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in games involving multiple participants.
• Money laundering, layering, or any other attempt to use laki33 to conceal the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing laki33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent laki33's security measures, account verification procedures, or self-exclusion tools.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access laki33 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

laki33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options.

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of laki33's self-exclusion facility, which can be activated through the responsible gaming section of the account settings. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period. laki33 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the laki33 platform, including but not limited to the laki33 name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audiovisual elements, and database compilations, is the intellectual property of laki33 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laki33 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the laki33 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of laki33.

10 Privacy & Data

laki33 collects, processes, and stores personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account on laki33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. laki33 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laki33 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the laki33 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage or system failures.

laki33's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their laki33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude laki33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by laki33's negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by laki33

laki33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where laki33 reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account would expose laki33 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your laki33 account at any time by contacting laki33 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure until the investigation is resolved.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your laki33 account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after termination.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your laki33 account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the laki33 service, you should contact laki33 customer support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat facility. laki33's support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first level of support, it will be escalated to laki33's dedicated complaints team. You will receive a substantive written response within ten (10) business days of escalation. laki33 maintains a complete record of all player complaints and the outcomes thereof.

Where a dispute relates specifically to a game outcome, the data recorded by laki33's server logs shall be treated as the definitive record of events in the absence of clear evidence of a technical malfunction. Players are encouraged to take screenshots or recordings as contemporaneous evidence where a dispute is anticipated.

14 Amendments to These Terms

laki33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, laki33 will provide reasonable notice to active players by displaying a prominent notice on the laki33 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the player's account. Continued use of the laki33 platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the general principles of contract law applicable in the jurisdiction under which laki33 operates its international gaming licence. laki33 does not make any representation that the laki33 platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction, and it is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
